Satellite Records Destruction of Russian Ammunition Depot in Bohdanivka

Satellite images have confirmed the destruction of a regimental ammunition depot of the Russian occupation forces near Bohdanivka in the Luhansk region.

The images were published by the analytical Telegram channel Dnipro Osint.

Prior to that, trucks delivered tens of thousands of mines, grenades and ammunition of various types, as well as thousands of tank ammunition and artillery shells to the tank regiment’s field depot.

In particular, it was planned to provide the tankers with high-precision ZUBK-14 ammunition capable of hitting armored targets at a considerable distance.

Earlier, the Ukrainian General Staff reported that the occupiers had used that place to issue ammunition of various types to the 17th Tank Regiment of the 70th Motor Rifle Division.

It was also planned to transfer more than 19,000 units of unmanned aerial vehicles of various types to the occupation army group operating in the Donetsk region.

UAVs such as Molniya, Boomerang, Vandal Novgorod, Gorynych, and others were being stored in the warehouse. They were stored along with related equipment: batteries, communication modules and video transmitters.

The first strike on the logistics distribution point of the drones was carried out by the Dnipro-1 Regiment on August 29th, 2025. As a result of the attack, significant stocks of Russian attack drones were destroyed.

Thanks to the coordinated actions of Ukrainian units, the occupiers lost large batches of UAVs, which significantly complicated their replenishment of the arsenal.

The second operation took place on September 18th, 2025. The units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and the Security Service of Ukraine eliminated a regimental ammunition depot in the Luhansk region.

Along with the large stockpile of ammunition, enemy vehicles were also burned, further weakening their logistics in the region.

The Ukrainian Defense Forces regularly hit Russian depots. In the summer, the Armed Forces of Ukraine destroyed an aviation weapons depot at the Khalyno military airfield.
