Russian Banderol Missiles Entered Belarus During Morning Attack

Several Russian S8000 Banderole small cruise missiles, which the enemy used to attack Ukraine on the morning of August 22, flew into Belarusian territory.

This was reported by the monitoring resource monitor.

According to the report, their current whereabouts are unknown.

The Ukrainian Air Force Command reported that between 6:00 p.m. the previous day and 9:00 a.m. on August 22, it had already shot down 191 aerial targets.

Specifically, this list includes 6 Banderole small cruise missiles.

As a reminder, Russia is capable of producing up to 80 of these missiles per month.

The Banderol was designed and manufactured by Kronstadt JSC. The missile’s maximum speed is 620–650 km/h, and its cruising speed is 520–560 km/h.
