Russia’s Commander of tank regiment was killed near Brovary

Another Russian commander was killed in Ukraine.

The Militarnyi reports about it with reference to the Defence Intelligence of the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine.

Commander of the 6th Regiment Zakharov was killed near Brovary.

The special services posted a video of the destruction of the regiment’s column and a recording of the interception of the conversation, which testifies to the heavy losses of the unit.

The 6th Guards Tank Regiment is part of the 90th Tank Division and is stationed in the city of Chebarkul, Chelyabinsk region.

According to the Kremlin’s website, Andrei Zakharov was awarded the Order of Courage by Putin in 2016 for his participation in the Russian invasion of Syria.
