LUFTWAFFE Regiment and SSU Destroy Starlink Jamming Station

The 422nd Unmanned Systems Regiment ‘LUFTWAFFE’ of the 17th Army Corps, together with the Special Operations Center “A” of the Security Service of Ukraine, destroyed an electronic warfare (EW) system in southern Ukraine.

Footage of the strike was shared on Facebook by the regiment’s commander, Mykola Kolesnyk.

The destroyed system was used to disrupt Starlink satellite communications by jamming its signals.

The footage shows six vehicles from the deployed EW system. After being tracked and adjusted by a reconnaissance drone, they were struck by a strike drone.

The strike destroyed at least several of the vehicles, while the remaining ones were most likely heavily damaged.

In late May, a strike drone operated by the 422nd Regiment struck a Russian cargo vessel loaded with ammunition in the port of Berdiansk.

The strike took place at Berth No. 3, where the vessel was likely unloading its cargo.
