The FP-5 has a maximum range of 3,000 km and a warhead weight of 1,150 kg.

The missile’s wingspan reaches 7 meters. It is launched using a rocket booster. It reaches a maximum speed of up to 950 km/h, with a cruising speed of 650 to 700 km/h.

Earlier, Ukrainian Flamingo cruise missiles and An-196 Liutyi drones struck the production facilities of the VNIIR-Progress defense plant in Cheboksary, located about 1,000 km from Ukraine.

Analysis results indicate that the missile hit the front section of the main building at an angle. The building was protected by anti-drone nets, indicating its priority status among the facility’s structures.
