Strike drones attacked the oil depot of Poltavskaya Neftebaza OJSC in Ust-Labinsk, Krasnodar region.

This was reported by the Astra resource.

The attack took place on the night of June 5–6, 2026, resulting in a major fire at the oil depot.

NASA’s FIRMS monitoring service recorded an abnormally high temperature at 4:11 a.m. at coordinates 45.221684, 39.684261. Meanwhile, according to reports from the Unified Dispatch Service, the fire covers an area of approximately 5,000 square meters.

As Astra notes, the facility has a fleet of 28 storage tanks with a total capacity of 14,950 cubic meters.

It supplies fuel to consumers in the Krasnodar region and the Republic of Adygea.

The Poltava Oil Depot handles the sale of AI-92 and AI-95 gasoline, various types of diesel fuel, as well as TS-1 kerosene, fuel oil, and gas fuel.

At the same time, the Defense Forces are attacking other oil depots and refineries in the Krasnodar region. In particular, on May 24, 2026, they attacked the Tamanneftegaz oil loading pier in the village of Volna.

The facility specializes in the transshipment of oil, petroleum products, and liquefied hydrocarbon gases for subsequent shipment by sea vessels. Its proximity to the Crimean Bridge and the temporarily occupied Crimea enhances its importance in logistical support for the Russian group in the Black Sea.

Such strikes create a fuel shortage, which disrupts the enemy’s logistics. The Ukrainian Defense Forces are also targeting fuel storage tanks belonging to units of the Russian Armed Forces.

Earlier, Militarnyi reported that on May 30, 2026, the Ukrainian Defense Forces struck fuel storage tanks of the 104th Logistics Support Brigade (military unit 11387) of the Russian Armed Forces.

Fuel for the Russian military was stored on the territory of the civilian oil depot of Agroproduct LLC. It is noted that this industrial facility is located in the village of Matveev Kurgan, near the border with Ukraine.
