Ukrainian Defense Forces’ strike drones hit the Volodarskaya linear production and dispatch station.

The Exilenova+ outlet published footage showing a fire at the site.

The attack on the facility took place on the night of October 5–6, 2026, resulting in a fire breaking out there.

The station is located 40 km from central Moscow at coordinates 55.4922, 37.9982.

The previous evening, authorities issued a drone threat alert at 11:43 p.m. on October 5. Then, at 3:24 a.m., reports began emerging that Peklo UAVs were flying through the Oryol region toward the Moscow region.

The Volodarskaya linear production and dispatch station is part of the Volodarsk District Oil Products Pipeline Directorate of JSC Transneft – Verkhnyaya Volga.

The station is located in the Moscow region, in Ramensky District, near the village of Konstantinovo. It has a storage facility with 27 tanks and a total capacity of about 250,000 cubic meters.

The station stores arriving fuel in these tanks and then processes it through pumping and metering systems. It is either sent through other parts of the pipeline network or loaded onto fuel tanker trucks.

The station is strategically important because it is connected to the main ring-shaped oil products pipeline serving the Moscow area.

This hub distributes fuel to consumers across the Moscow region. In particular, aviation fuel is transported via separate routes to Vnukovo, Domodedovo, and Sheremetyevo airports.

For individual flows, Transneft has stated that the facility can transport up to 3 million tonnes of aviation fuel, 2.8 million tonnes of diesel fuel, and 1.6 million tonnes of gasoline per year. The reconstructed LPDS has a total designed capacity of about 8.6 million tonnes of petroleum products per year.

Militarnyi previously reported that the Moscow oil refinery completely halted oil processing following a Ukrainian drone attack on September 20.
