The Ukrainian company DevDroid has signed a memorandum of understanding with the Norwegian electronics manufacturer Inission Norge AS.
The parties are considering the possibility of cooperation under the Drone Deal defense partnership model, DevDroid told Militarnyi.
The companies plan to jointly produce remote control systems and provide full-cycle electronics manufacturing and assembly for the Ukrainian Defense Forces and Scandinavian countries.
DevDroid develops ground-based robotic systems, combat modules, and Droid Box control systems, which are being successfully deployed on the front lines.
Erik Dragset, CEO of Inission Norge AS, emphasized that the partners have already established a roadmap to develop and produce new technological solutions for both the Ukrainian and international markets.
Previously, the Italian Army tested DevDroid’s Ukrainian Droid TW 7.62 and Droid TW 12.7 ground combat robotic systems.
The Ukrainian UGVs operated alongside the Italian ULISSE platform from ABET HTS.
