Dedrone passed DroneDefender anti-drone guns to Ukraine

The Armed Forces of Ukraine received DroneDefender anti-drone guns for fighting against combat drones.

OSINTtechnical researchers published photos of DroneDefender in the hands of the Ukrainian military.

Dedrone’s systems are already used by the Ukrainian military at the frontline.

DroneDefender allows shooting down unmanned aerial vehicles from a distance of 2 km.

The gun may cause interference at frequencies used by most common UAVs, including GNSS (Satellite Navigation System).

The operating time of the gun without charging is 2 hours.

In early August, Dedrone representatives informed that Ukrainian military also received DedronePortable universal weapons against drones.

DedronePortable is designed to detect, track, and determine the type of drone directly in flight.

Together with the DroneDefender gun, the system allows not only to detect enemy drones, but also to shoot them down, causing interference.

Or even blocking the radio frequencies that most aircraft use, as well as the geolocation ranges of GPS, GLONASS, BeiDou, Galileo, SBAS and QZSS.

Thanks to such technologies, the system can suppress almost any drone, both military and civilian. In addition, DedronePortable is capable of spoofing the signal to intercept drone control during combat.

DedronePortable can be deployed in the field in as little as 20 minutes and then quickly moved elsewhere if needed. To do this, sensors, power sources, cables, a laptop with the DedroneTracker software and the DedroneDNA drone identification database, and all other equipment are supplied in kits convenient for assembly.
