Civilians rescued the ground robotic complex of the ‘KRAKEN 1654’ unit of the 3rd Army Corps.
This was reported by the unit’s official account on X.
While carrying out a combat mission, the unit’s ground robotic complex was damaged after triggering an enemy explosive device.
Following the incident, the vehicle remained in the no man’s land and was unable to return from its position on its own. The situation posed a risk of losing the equipment on the front line.
Civilians joined the evacuation operation. They helped locate and retrieve the damaged UGV, after which they ensured its transport to a safe area. Thanks to their actions, the unit preserved the UGV, which can now be repaired and returned to service.

It is worth noting that the detonation of the enemy explosive device may have been linked to the fact that Russian troops are deploying 3D-printed anti-personnel mines wrapped in camouflage fabric.
In addition, Russian Molniya aircraft-type kamikaze drones have begun to be used to drop PTM anti-tank mines. The use of Molniya drones allows for the remote mining of roads, including those used by the civilian population.
