BlueBird Tech Starts Production of New Ukrainian Antennas for Drones and UAVs

The Ukrainian company BlueBird Tech has launched production of two new in-house-developed antennas—the CLOVER 3.5–4.5 GHz and the PCB VeeDip 1.2 GHz.

As the company told Militarnyi, both antennas were designed and manufactured in Ukraine and are intended for use in communication systems, unmanned aerial vehicles, and drone detectors.

CLOVER 3.5-4.5 GHz

The CLOVER omnidirectional clover-type antenna operates in the 3.5–4.5 GHz band and is designed for video transmission on FPV drones and for detecting enemy UAVs.

Thanks to its extended signal reception range (3.0-4.9 GHz), the antenna can detect not only FPV drones but also aircraft-type UAVs, such as the Molniya.

PCB VeeDip 1.2 GHz

The VeeDip PCB planar V-shaped dipole antenna is designed for the 1,150–1,300 MHz range and can be mounted on drones, mobile repeaters, or ground stations.

Weighing just 11 grams, the antenna is designed to transmit and receive video, telemetry, and control signals without adding unnecessary weight.

As of September 20, 2026, the CLOVER antenna costs 600 UAH, while the PCB VeeDip costs 336 UAH.
