60th, 63rd, and 93rd Brigades fought off the Russian assault in the Lyman sector

The soldiers of the 60th Mechanized Brigade fought off a massive enemy assault in the Lyman sector, and their counterparts from the 93rd and 63rd Mechanized Brigades finished off the remnants of personnel and equipment.

The press service of the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported on this.

The Russian forces and equipment were defeated with artillery, including cluster munitions.

In addition, reconnaissance drones, drones with ammunition, and FPV drones were actively used.

Russian losses in Donbas

On March 18, it was reported that the Ukrainian military destroyed a Russian 2S19 Msta-S self-propelled howitzer in the Donetsk region using FPV kamikaze drones.

Previously, the Attack Drone Battalion “Achilles” of the 92nd Assault Brigade destroyed four Russian vehicles in the Bakhmut sector.

The battalion’s FPV drones hit an enemy T-72B3 six times, causing significant damage.

In addition, precision hits destroyed a Russian BMP-2 equipped with an anti-drone grill on its turret and one BMP-1.

An armored recovery vehicle and a BTR-70 of the Russian invaders were also damaged.

On March 16, Militarnyi reported that the Ukrainian military destroyed an enemy ATC-59G tracked artillery tractor using incendiary munition.

The tractor was destroyed by operators of the Attack Drone Company “Raróh” of the 24th Mechanized Brigade.
