USF Strike Five Russian Air Defense Assets at Yeisk and Millerovo Airfields

Ukraine’s Unmanned Systems Forces struck Russian air defense assets and other military facilities near the Yeisk and Millerovo airfields.

The attack was reported by Unmanned Systems Forces Commander Robert “Magyar” Brovdi.

On the night of August 30, forces of the 1st Separate Center of the Unmanned Systems Forces struck a Pantsir-S1 surface-to-air missile and gun system, a Sopka-2 (12L6) radar and an aviation weapons storage facility at the Yeisk airfield.

In addition, in Krasnodar Krai, where the airfield is located, a Kasta 2E2 radar was struck near the settlement of Shabelskoye.

At the Millerovo airfield, ammunition storage facilities, a DRL-27 module and a maintenance and technical unit were struck.

The DRL-27 is an airfield control radar that, in addition to detecting airborne targets, is an integral part of air traffic control.

In total, in Rostov Oblast, where the Millerovo airfield is located, an RSP-27 radar (DRL-27) and a Nebo-SV radar were also struck near the settlement of Dolotinka.

Recently, it was reported that the Unmanned Systems Forces carried out a large-scale attack on enemy air defense assets in Russia and occupied Crimea.
