Ukrainian Troops Hit Supercam Drone Operators near Varvarivka

In the Luhansk region, the Ukrainian Defense Forces hit the operators of a Russian Supercam reconnaissance drone.

A Ukrainian UAV of the 15th Separate Artillery Reconnaissance Brigade Black Forest managed to track the Russian drone.

Next, the Ukrainian operators waited for the moment when the invaders would begin to take away their drone.

As the Russian operators approached the Supercam UAV, they were hit, and the strike was adjusted by the Ukrainian drone.

The strike destroyed a Russian drone and killed some of its operators.

The Russians launched a Supercam S350 drone near the village of Varvarivka in the Luhansk region.

The area is protected by Russian air defense systems, which unsuccessfully tried to shoot down a Ukrainian UAV.

The video shows an air defense missile leaving a trail near a nearby Ukrainian drone.

The Russian invaders used the Supercam S350 drone for aerial photography to create highly detailed digital maps and to conduct remote aerial monitoring of the area and facilities.

A flight duration of 4.5 hours with a data transmission range of up to 70-100 km provides the necessary margin of safety for UAVs in surveillance and reconnaissance.

The drone’s design is very massive; in particular, with a length of 1.5 meters, its wingspan is 3.5 meters. Therefore, the UAV can only be launched with the help of special devices capable of ejecting it.

This is not the first time that operators of such a drone have been killed. In 2023, the Ukrainian military neutralized the crew of a Russian Supercam S350 drone in the Zaporizhzhia region.
