Ukrainian troops destroyed a Russian Buk missile launcher

The Ukrainian Defense Forces destroyed a launcher of the Russian Buk-M2 SAM system in one of the frontline areas.

The TIVAZ Division Telegram channel published the video of the successful strike.

The self-propelled launcher of the SAM system was hit by a high-precision missile from the US HIMARS.

The footage shows that after hitting, the missiles detonated and burned violently, emitting huge flames and thick smoke.

The defeat was observed by a Ukrainian drone, whose camera recorded the successful strike of the Ukrainian Defense Forces.

According to the footage, the Russian Buk missile system was significantly damaged, leading to its destruction.

Recently, the Ukrainian Defense Forces have increased the number of strikes on Russian air defense systems in various directions. This is evidenced by videos published by the military.

In particular, a 9A317 TELAR of Buk-M2 belonging to one of the units of the 58th Guards Combined Arms Army of the Russian Federation was destroyed by a drone.

It happened on the outskirts of Robotyne in the temporarily occupied territory of the Zaporizhzhia region.

The HIMARS rocket system also destroyed an enemy Buk SAM system in the Donetsk region.

In addition, the Security Service of Ukraine has successfully used drones equipped with target auto-acquisition capabilities against the Russian air defense systems.

Operators were able to target Russian BUK and TOR systems using these drones.
