The Ukrainian company Tencore and the Finnish technology company Insta will establish a joint venture to manufacture TERMIT 2.0 unmanned ground vehicles.
Tencore announced this on social media.
The initial target is to produce 320 systems for the needs of Ukraine’s Defense Forces.
The joint venture will operate under a distributed model involving Finnish industrial partners. This will allow the establishment of additional secure sites outside Ukraine and significantly increase the pace of equipment deliveries to the front lines.
The partnership is being implemented as part of the Build with Ukraine initiative. The companies signed their first memorandum of cooperation on February 24.
As Tencore CEO and co-founder Maksym Vasylchenko explained in a podcast for Militarnyi, the Finnish side reached out regarding cooperation back in 2024.
Patria and General Cherry had previously signed a letter of intent to launch joint drone production in Finland for the needs of Ukraine and Europe.
