Ukrainian military destroyed Tyulpan 240mm self-propelled heavy mortar in Donbas

The military of the 72nd Separate Mechanized Brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the Donetsk region hit a 240mm self-propelled heavy mortar of the invasion forces.

The military released the footage capturing destroyed enemy weapons.

Russian 2S4 Tyulpan 240mm self-propelled heavy mortar was located among the buildings in the village.

Analysts from Ukraine Weapons Tracker claim that this is the fifth confirmed loss of this weapon by the Russian invasion forces in the war against Ukraine.

The Ukrainian defenders did not disclose what struck the enemy Tyulpan mortar.

The results of the strike to the Russian 240 mm mortar were recorded by a Ukrainian drone, which was likely adjusting the artillery hit.
