Ukraine’s The Fourth Law and Lithuania’s RSI Europe have agreed to develop joint drone production in Lithuania as part of the Build with Ukraine initiative.
The Fourth Law shared this information with Militarnyi.
The memorandum was signed by RSI Europe co-founder and CEO Tomas Milasauskas and Yaroslav Tkachuk, director of The Fourth Law’s unmanned aerial systems business unit, during Eurosatory — the world’s largest defense technology exhibition, held in Paris.
Under the terms of the partnership, RSI Europe will prepare production facilities, while The Fourth Law will support the project with unmanned aerial vehicle manufacturing technologies and artificial intelligence.
In addition, the companies agreed that Ukrainian citizens will be given priority when hiring personnel for the production of these drones.
The Ukrainian company will also provide constant feedback from the battlefield to implement technological improvements and ensure the products remain up-to-date throughout their entire life cycle.
The exact production volumes, as well as the specific types of drones to be manufactured, have not been disclosed; however, it is noted that the figure is in the thousands.
As a reminder, in March 2026, The Fourth Law unveiled the Zerov-8—an interceptor drone with an autonomous target-tracking system.
The drone is equipped with the TFL Anti-Shahed detection module, designed to counter enemy Shahed-type aerial targets. A key feature of the system is its autonomous detection capability, which allows it to detect targets at a range 2–3 times greater than that of comparable systems.
