The Techosystem has announced the creation of the Techosystem Defense cluster.

This was reported by Militarnyi.

This cluster is aimed at strengthening Ukraine’s defense capabilities through the development of defense startups, their integration into international markets, and ensuring effective interaction between stakeholders.

Techosystem is an open association of participants in the Ukrainian technology ecosystem with a focus on product companies.

The organization now has more than 80 members and is forming working groups.

Techosystem Defense aims to promote the development of DefenseTech companies, their entry into international markets, and ensure the most productive interaction between companies, the military, the state, and investors.

The main goals are to unite the leading players in the DefenseTech industry, represent the interests of the industry at the international and national levels, and jointly address key challenges and tasks.

Techosystem Defense was created on the initiative of the working group of the union members and by the decision of the organization’s Board. To join the cluster, members of the union will be able to submit an application to the Chairman of the Cluster and undergo a verification procedure.

Each cluster develops and approves its own regulations and commits to implementing at least three projects annually.

Techosystem Defense plans to implement several important projects, including the following:

  • Establishing transparent and regulated relations with stakeholders in the defense market in Ukraine and abroad.
  • Advocacy and protection of the interests of the Cluster members.
  • Promotion of Ukrainian defense startups in Ukraine and abroad.
  • Development and implementation of joint testing methodologies; exchange of experience between developers.
  • Assistance in attracting investments for Cluster members.

Each member of the union has the right to nominate a candidate for the position of cluster chairman. As a result of the working group members’ voting and debates, Yegor Dudinov, CEO and co-founder of Falcons, was elected as the Cluster’s Chairman.

Their flagship product, Ether, is an electronic intelligence system that works effectively on the front line.

The Techosystem Defense cluster currently includes the following companies: Aspichi, Bunker UA, Buntar Aerospace, Deftak, Drill App, Falcons, Farsightvision, HIMERA, Lifesaver, Molfar, Oko Camera, and r-Machine.
