Ukrainian TAF Industries and Luxembourg-based defense company LUXUAV have signed a Memorandum of Understanding to develop cooperation in the field of unmanned technologies.

The Ukrainian company told Militarnyi about the agreement.

The parties plan to jointly develop new unmanned solutions, accelerate their development, and establish industrial production in the Benelux countries.

The partnership will combine Ukraine’s battlefield experience with the technological expertise and industrial capabilities of European partners.

“This partnership will help accelerate innovation and expand manufacturing capacity across Europe,” said Volodymyr Zinovskyi, CEO of TAF Industries.

TAF Industries is participating in the Build with Ukraine initiative, which aims to develop Ukrainian defense manufacturing capabilities in partner countries.

The partnership with LUXUAV will be part of this initiative and is expected to help establish joint manufacturing and technological capabilities in Europe.

The Luxembourg-based company is developing a European UAV ecosystem that includes communications systems, AI-powered software, and manufacturing capabilities.

TAF Industries develops and manufactures strike and reconnaissance UAVs, interceptor drones, fiber-optic drones, ground robotic systems, and AI-powered systems.

TAF Industries has been operating in the defense technology sector since 2022. The company says its manufacturing capabilities allow it to produce more than 80,000 drones per month.

Its portfolio includes more than 30 products, while its manufacturing operations span over 20 locations and involve more than 600 specialists.

Militarnyi previously reported that on September 11, the inaugural meeting of the EU–Ukraine Drone Alliance was held in Brussels. Following a selection process that received more than 400 applications, 18 companies, nine from Ukraine and nine from EU member states, were selected to join the Alliance Council.
