A VYRIY 15 FPV drone managed to travel 110 kilometers to strike Russian logistics.
This was reported by Yaroslav Azhniuk, a representative of the defense company The Fourth Law.
The operation to strike Russian logistics was carried out by soldiers of the 5th Border Detachment Sumy.
The 15-inch strike FPV drone, built on a carbon fiber frame, was equipped with a guidance module from The Fourth Law.
The design is intended for an increased payload of up to 8 kg and the use of heavy warheads to destroy major infrastructure targets.
The Fourth Law has developed the TFL-1 autonomy module for drones.
The system tracks the target’s outline and guides the drone toward its center.
The computer vision-based system operates on a fire-and-forget principle: an onboard computer with artificial intelligence algorithms takes control after visually detecting the target, ensuring precise hits even under electronic warfare (EW) conditions and additional radio interference.
The VYRIY 15 platform supports configuration adaptation to meet the mission requirements and technical specifications of various units.
If necessary, it can be equipped with a 640×512 thermal imaging module for operation in low-visibility conditions and nighttime use.
The drone also supports a VTX video transmitter operating in the non-standard 6.0–7.2 GHz frequency band, optimized for stable operation under active electronic warfare conditions.
Last year, Ukraine codified the Lupinis-10-TFL-1 FPV drone, which has the first level of autonomy, and the TFL-1 autonomy module.
