Serbia Demonstrates Modernized RML-332 Titel River Vessel With Counter-Drone Systems

The Serbian Armed Forces have modernized the RML-332 “Titel” multipurpose river vessel by installing modern radars, counter-drone systems, and new reconnaissance equipment.

The Serbian Defense Ministry reported this and published a video of the upgraded vessel.

According to the ministry, the modernization improved its combat, reconnaissance, navigation and maneuvering capabilities. The vessel’s name and hull number were not specified.

In addition to new radar equipment and counter-drone systems, the work included upgrades to its armament and crew protection.

The vessel’s communications, propulsion, and power systems also received upgrades. The models and specifications of the installed equipment were not disclosed.

Militarnyi previously reported on a modernized Serbian gunboat built on the hull of a Neštin-class river minesweeper. A report on its re-equipment was published in September 2025.

At the time, it was equipped with an RPS-42 3D radar, a Kobac-3 electronic suppression system, and unmanned water scooters equipped with machine guns. Its armament was supplemented with Strela-10 air defense missiles, Malyutka anti-tank missiles, and remotely controlled weapon stations equipped with machine guns and automatic grenade launchers.
