Russian invaders deal with damaged railway bridge near Kherson
Antonivskyi railway bridge

The Russian invaders announced that a railway bridge across the Dnipro River in the Kherson Region got damaged.

The Russian media reported about this.

Collaborationist Kyrylo Stremousov said that the Armed Forces of Ukraine struck the railway bridge near occupied Kherson.

A representative of the occupation “administration” claims that the bridge was damaged during a shelling that night.

The loss of such a bridge could cause even greater logistical problems for the Russian invaders in the South of Ukraine.

It is known that the Russian military receives its supplies mainly by rail.

The Antonivskyi railway bridge is located 20 km from Kherson. It crosses the Dnipro River as a part of the Kherson — Dzhankoy railway line within the Odesa railway.

The bridge leads to the railway station of the city currently occupied by the Russians.

The railway bridge connecting the right coast of the South of Ukraine with the Crimea was opened on December 12, 1954.

Previously, after a night shelling, the Antonivskyi road bridge across the Dnipro River in Kherson city was seriously damaged. Currently, traffic on the bridge is blocked.

On July 23, the invaders said that the Armed Forces of Ukraine struck the bridge over the Ingulets River in the village of Darivka.

The Russian invaders also demonstrated the shelling aftermath. And they said that the bridge was hit with HIMARS.
