About 400 mobilized Russians are transferred to Luhansk after training in Belarus.

The Belarusian Gayun monitoring group reported this.

Yesterday, on January 11, another echelon of mobilized servicemen of the Russian armed forces trained at Belarusian training grounds was sent to the Russian Federation from the Chepino railway station of the Vitebsk region.

According to the monitoring group, 48 railroad cars left Belarus: 8 passenger railroad cars (≈400 people), 3 freight cars (with equipment), and 37 flat wagons (with wheeled and tracked machinery).

This echelon should arrive at the Rossosh railway station in the Voronezh region on January 15.

The distance from this station to the Luhansk region is 50 km. The destination of the Russian military might indicate them being transferred to the war in Ukraine.

The regional grouping of Russian troops continues to build up on the territory of Belarus. This is being explained by “strengthening the protection and defense of the Union State, based on the situation that is developing near our borders.”

Personnel, weapons, and military and special equipment of the armed forces of the Russian Federation are arriving in Belarus. However, the number of servicemen or types of weapons is not specified.

The Russian and Belarusian militaries have already conducted joint training of motorized rifle and tank units, as well as special forces and air defense forces. The new units that arrive carry out combat coordination on the training grounds.

Oleksandr Pavlyuk, Lieutenant General of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, mentioned last week that the Ukrainian military constantly monitors the movement of Russian units, their deployment points, and training grounds.

Pavlyuk shared that in the event of a repeated attempt by the invaders to advance on Kyiv, the Defense Forces of Ukraine expect to stop them at the border of Belarus.

According to the Commander of the defense of the capital, the entire border of Ukraine with Belarus has turned into “solid rubble and minefields.” The enemies will require effort to get through them.
