The P4P Missile Interceptor Drone Was Tested in Ukraine

The Estonian P4P high-speed missile interceptor was tested in Ukraine.

Estonian technology company Alatyr Group from Tallinn is conducting the development.

The company stated that it can reach sufficient speed to intercept jet drones traveling at about 500 km/h.

The P4P uses rocket thrust to rapidly close in on its target.

The interceptor drone is designed for vertical takeoff and combines rocket capabilities with an electric multicopter.

The fuselage has an elongated cylindrical shape. This design ensures high aerodynamic efficiency during high-speed horizontal flight.

The drone is equipped with four powerful electric motors that lift it off the ground, after which the rocket booster engages.
