As a result of the October 22 attack on the grounds of the 75th Arsenal facility in Serpukhov, Russia, workshops No. 24 and No. 25, as well as a hangar adjacent to them, were damaged.

Satellite images published by the monitoring community Exilenova+ and the OSINT project CyberBoroshno show this.

The damaged buildings are key production facilities that supported the plant’s core operations.

These workshops housed production lines for disassembling, diagnosing, restoring, and overhauling air defense system components.

In particular, the facility serviced parts and assemblies for the S-300V, Buk, and Tunguska-M systems, as well as radar stations.

During the attack, a warning about a UAV threat in the region was issued at 9:21 p.m. on October 21 and remained in effect until 4:12 a.m. on October 22. The strikes sparked a fire on the factory grounds.

The facility’s history began in 1949, when it was founded to provide maintenance and scheduled repairs for the Soviet Army’s artillery systems and ammunition.

Later, the enterprise was repurposed as a repair center, specializing in the restoration and overhaul of the Ground Forces’ air defense systems.

The facility’s primary purpose is to perform a full cycle of overhaul, diagnostics, and modernization of components for the S-300V, Buk-M1, and Buk-M2 air defense systems, as well as the Tunguska-M mobile air defense system.

In addition to repairing combat vehicles, the plant restores combat control centers and reconnaissance radar stations and configures ground-based air defense radio interrogators.
