The Ukrainian Kozak System band has handed over 1000 FPV drones to the military, which is holding the line in various parts of the frontline.
They said that this large batch of aid consists of Shuriken 10 drones.
The FPV drones were handed over to the soldiers of the 59th Separate Motorized Brigade “Yakiv Handziuk” and the 109th Independent Brigade of the Territorial Defense Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
Some of the drones were transferred to the Attack Drone Battalion “Achilles” of the 92nd Assault Brigade “Ivan Sirko”.
“The army can win the battle, but the people can win the war. We keep the line and pile on,” the band said in their post.
Kozak System holds charity concerts to raise funds to support the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
Also, in the winter of 2024, as part of the People-Titans moral and psychological support tour, the musicians visited military hospitals across the country. The band implemented this project together with the MHP for the Community Charity Foundation.
The massive use of FPV drones in the fighting between Ukrainian and Russian forces has dramatically changed the picture of modern warfare. The successful use of one or more cheap drones can destroy or significantly damage equipment worth millions of dollars.
In May alone, soldiers of the 92nd Assault Brigade “Ivan Sirko” used drones to hit at least 557 targets in the Kharkiv region.
To detect and destroy targets, the brigade employs aerial reconnaissance men from the Drone Group “Flight Club”, the Attack Drone Battalion “Achilles”, and other units with strike drones.
According to the published data, 141 units of Russian equipment were damaged, and another 45 units were completely destroyed. The drones also attacked 224 engineering fortifications of various types.
