Germany’s INTEC and Ukraine’s Skyeton will collaborate on unmanned systems for European armies.

A letter of intent was signed at the ILA exhibition in Berlin. It was signed by Skyeton Germany GmbH—the European division of the Ukrainian Skyeton.

The goal of the agreement is to supply ready-to-use unmanned systems for the needs of the German Armed Forces.

The collaboration combines INTEC’s engineering expertise, system integration know-how, and experience in integrated logistics support with Skyeton’s battle-tested solutions in the field of unmanned aviation.

The primary focus of the partnership is the Raybird system – a small tactical unmanned aerial vehicle designed for extended reconnaissance missions.

The Raybird system has over 350,000 hours of combat operation and has proven its effectiveness in Ukraine.

INTEC CEO Christoph Otten noted that the partnership with Skyeton provides access to technologies proven in real combat conditions.

According to him, such solutions are being offered to the German market as a response to current and future challenges in the field of security and defense.

INTEC implements full-lifecycle solutions—from conceptual design and engineering, to system integration, and ongoing operational support across all environments: air, land, sea, and cyberspace. The company also utilizes modern AI modules to optimize costs and improve efficiency.

“We highly value INTEC’s expertise and their deep understanding of the German defense environment. We are confident that this collaboration will help properly showcase Raybird’s proven capabilities in the German market!” Skyeton Germany noted.

This year, satellite communications were integrated into the Raybird platform, increasing the depth of reconnaissance.

The system’s maximum flight range is reported to be over 2,500 km.
