Doctors from Israel help Ukrainian refugees

The first group of doctors from Israel arrived on the border of Ukraine with Moldova last week to provide emergency medical care, RBC-Ukraine reports.

This was stated in a comment to journalists by one of the organizers of the humanitarian project, a representative of the First Medical Center of Tel Aviv Roman Goldman.

According to him, more than 10 tons of humanitarian aid, medicines and medical equipment were delivered with a group of 50 Israeli doctors of the highest category, employees of the Tel Aviv Sourasky Medical Center.

At the border, Israeli doctors have set up an emergency room and medical sorting.

The most difficult cases will be sent to medical institutions in Moldova, where Israeli and Moldovan doctors will treat them jointly.
