China has developed a launch pylon for heavy drones and fighter aircraft that allows multiple small munitions to be carried and released from a single hardpoint.

Photos posted on the Chinese Guancha forum show that up to 4 small munitions can be attached to the launcher.

The multi-point hardpoint launcher combines a multi-station suspension and a launcher that operate as a single system. This design secures munitions during flight and reliably feeds them to the release mechanisms.

The primary function of the system is to simultaneously carry and launch multiple small missiles or other munitions.

This capability allows an aircraft to conduct complex attacks without making multiple attack runs.

The modular design simplifies installation, replacement, and maintenance. Technical features include compact electromechanical actuators for precise release control, an intelligent management system supporting “multi-point launch” and “uniform load distribution,” and the ability to carry different types of weapons simultaneously.

The launcher increases the payload a single aircraft can carry and could improve mission effectiveness, paving the way for more capable next-generation combat platforms.
