The Armed Forces of Ukraine use M270 multiple launch rocket systems to neutralize the Russian invaders.

The Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Valerii Zaluzhnyi released a video to show the system in action.

The footage features the Ukrainian military operating M270 multiple launch rocket systems (MLRS) received from Western allies.

This weapon is provided as military-technical assistance to Ukraine to help fight the full-scale war waged by the Russian invasion forces.

The video also features short comments from Ukrainian soldiers and preparation of the system.

It is followed by a sequence of rockets being launched from the M270 at enemy targets.

“The Armed Forces of Ukraine are grateful to our partners for their steadfast support and assistance. Together to Victory!” the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine captioned the video.

This month, the first batch of M270 multiple rocket launcher systems arrived in Ukraine.

A group of Ukrainian military personnel have already mastered these systems.

The M270 multiple rocket launcher (MLRS) is a battle-proven 227-mm rocket launcher system produced by Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control.

The M270 Multiple Launch Rocket System is designed to carry out combat tasks at any time of the day and under different weather conditions. In particular, these tasks include defeating and destroying from closed firing positions the areas of concentration of troops and combat equipment, positions of the enemy’s barrel and rocket artillery, areas of deployment of its forces and air defense means, cargo cars, lightly armored armored personnel carriers, as well as command posts, communication nodes, and other targets.
