Andrii Hrytseniuk is stepping down as CEO of the Brave1 defense cluster, which focuses on developing and deploying military technologies in Ukraine.
Brave1’s press service announced this on Facebook.
Hrytseniuk took over as head of the cluster in May 2025 alongside a new management team. During his tenure, Brave1 scaled up its operations, revamped its grant programs, and expanded support for Ukrainian defense developers.
In particular, military personnel could exchange their earned e-Points for drones and other equipment through the Brave1 Market platform.
In January, Hrytseniuk told Militarnyi that Brave1 had funded eight Ukrainian companies to develop tactical ballistic and surface-to-air missiles.
Brave1 also launched a program to develop domestic production of weapons components and expanded its infrastructure for testing new military technologies.
The cluster said its management team would remain in place after Hrytseniuk’s departure.
Viktor Rudenko will continue to serve as director of the Innovation Development Fund, while Brave1 Chief Operating Officer Iryna Zabolotna will focus on developing the cluster during the transition period.
The name of the new CEO has not yet been announced.
