M777 gunners destroy Russian tank, two BMPs

The Armed Forces of Ukraine inflicted new losses on the Russian`s invasion forces.

This was reported by the Air Assault Command of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

Russian armored vehicles were destroyed by artillery fire.

The 81st Brigade artillerymen were the ones to hit the invading military equipment.

They destroyed one tank and two infantry fighting vehicles of the Russian troops.

Russian combat vehicles were struck with 155 mm M777 howitzers provided to Ukraine by the West as military assistance to defend against Russia’s aggression.

Ukrainian paratroopers published a video showing the results of the strike.

“The footage shows the successful artillery work of the 81st Brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine destroying equipment and manpower with towed 155mm M777 howitzers.

One Russian tank and two infantry fighting vehicles along with the crews were turned into scrap,” – the Ukrainian Air Assault Command announced.

The Russian tank and infantry fighting vehicles were hidden in a settlement on a river bank.

The three vehicles were destroyed by direct artillery projectile hits.

After the strike, the IFV exploded and continued to burn while its onboard ammunition detonated.
