Ukrainian Navy Saves Crew of Foreign Ship VICTRESS Following Russian Drone Strike

The Ukrainian Navy rescued the crew of the foreign dry cargo vessel VICTRESS after it was attacked by a Russian drone.

The Ukrainian Navy announced the incident on its social media channels.

Following the drone strike, a fire broke out aboard the cargo ship. The vessel is owned by a Turkish shipping company and operates under the Panamanian flag.

At the time of the attack, the vessel had nine crew members on board, including nationals of Egypt, Turkey, and India.

The crew was rescued from the burning ship by Ukrainian Navy boats. The civilian crew suffered casualties as a result of the attack.

On June 19, Russia attacked vessels flying the flags of Panama and Saint Kitts and Nevis in the Black Sea using drones.

As a result of the attack, one crew member was killed and five others were injured.
