Tencore and France’s Shark Robotics to Create Joint Venture
Ground robotic system with a combat module based on the TerMIT platform

Ukrainian company Tencore and French manufacturer Shark Robotics are creating a joint venture to produce ground robotic systems.

The start of the cooperation was announced by European Commissioner Marta Kos during the Ukraine-EU Business Summit.

The parties plan to establish mass production of unmanned ground systems that have been tested in real combat conditions.

The cooperation is intended to ensure technological autonomy for Europe and integrate Ukrainian defense experience into shared industrial supply chains.

Tencore previously transferred 26 TerMIT ground robotic systems to six units at its own expense.

Six of these systems are already performing combat missions, and four more will be delivered to the military at a later stage.

Ukrainian TerMIT ground robotic systems will also be manufactured in Germany.
