The Russian Volunteer Corps (RVC), fighting on the side of Ukraine, began to recruit fighters from the Wagner PMC.
Denis Kapustin, RVC commander, conducted an agitation among Russian prisoners.
At a recent exchange, Denis offered the prisoners the opportunity to voluntarily join the Russian Volunteer Corps.
One of the prisoners, Vladislav Izmailov, who had previously fought in the ranks of the Wagner PMC, refused the exchange and expressed his desire to become an RVC member.
“After the relevant investigations, we will be glad to give Vlad the opportunity to fight in our ranks,” the RVC said.
Also, the commander of the RVC invited all other fighters of PMC Wagner and other formations to join his unit.
“Taking into account the decree of the Minister of Defense of the Russian Federation, we invite all PMC Wagner fighters of other private paramilitaries who are ready to fight for a new Russia against Putin’s bloody pack to follow the example of Vladislav,” said Denis Kapustin.
Denis Kapustin mentioned the order of the Minister of Defense of the Russian Federation, according to which, by July 1, all “Russian volunteers” must sign contracts with the army.
Unlike Legion Freedom of Russia, the leadership of the RVC does not rely on former Russian servicemen, but on Russian volunteers.
The main goals are set as follows:
This corps of Ukraine is equipped with Western weapons and involves the Defence Intelligence of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine in operations.
As previously reported, the soldiers of the corps have recently carried out an operation in the Belgorod region.
