In recent days, photos and videos of the transportation of Russian military equipment of the 3rd Army Corps by rail have been announced.
The published videos portray the Buk anti-aircraft missile system, and the photos show Т-80BV and Т-90М tanks.
According to the database of the Russian railway, both trains go from the village of Mulino (Nizhny Novgorod region) to the Neklinovka railway station of the Rostov region near the border with the Donetsk region of Ukraine.
Analysts from the Conflict Intelligence Team stated that they had left Mulino on August 22 and 24, respectively, which roughly corresponded to the departure time of the 3rd Army Corps formed there.
Transportation of Buk systems indicates the transfer of a large military compound.
In this case, we can assume that we are talking about the transfer of only 3 Corps, or at least its part which is considered combat-ready.
The formation of the 3rd Army Corps in Mulino was first announced by Ukrainian intelligence.
The presence of volunteers in Mulino and the complaints of local residents against them were reported by the publication Verstka.
Researcher Tom Bullock published photos and videos shot in Mulino, depicting modern samples of Russian technology, such as BMP-3, Т-80BVM, Т-80BV and Т-90М.
So far, it is impossible to say with certainty where exactly the Russian command plans to use the forces of these corps.
However, the final point of echelons (Neklinovka station), which is located in the south of the Rostov region, is closest to the Donetsk and Zaporizhzhia regions.
Moreover, volunteer battalions are being formed in Russian regions.
