Since the beginning of the full-scale war, Poland has transferred the largest number of tanks to Ukraine compared to all countries in the world.

According to the Ministry of National Defense, in 2022-2024, Warsaw donated 318 tanks. These included T-72M/M1, modernized T-72M1R, PT-91, and Leopard 2.

The total value of free aid, including training, logistics, repairs and medical support, exceeded $4.19 billion by March 2025. In 2022, it amounted to $1.68 billion, and in 2023-2024 –  $1.31 billion more.

At the same time, Ukraine purchased €2.216 billion worth of weapons from Poland in 2022-2023. The largest contract was for 54 Krab self-propelled howitzers. Of these, 36 have already been delivered, and the rest are in production.
