In Zaporizhia, Azov Kyiv repulsed the attack and captured prisoners of war

In the Zaporizhia region, Ukrainian forces repulsed the attack and captured the militants.

Militarnyi informs about this with reference to the leader of the Azov Regiment Andriy Biletsky.

Soldiers of the Azov Kyiv Regiment defended Ukrainian frontiers.

In particular, soldiers of the second battalion led by Dmitry Kukharchuk.

The attack of militants of the occupying forces of Russia from the so-called “L/DNR” was repulsed in the area of Gulyaipole in Zaporizhia.

“Demotivated “soldiers” from the former DNR that were mobilized to serve as cannon fodder are so happy that they will no longer fight for Russian peace, they have given up everything they knew about the location of Russian troops and equipment,” the statement said.

Azov Kyiv Regiment is a unit that is recruited from volunteers and in which advantage is given to candidates with real combat experience and military specialties.

Also, the soldiers of the unit undergo continuous training and development.

“Fire practice, combat tactics, field medicine and other skills necessary for defenders are constantly being honed to successfully perform future combat missions,” the unit said.

Now the Russian occupiers continue regrouping their units in the Zaporizhzhya direction and conduct air reconnaissance.

On April 26, the Russian military launched a missile strike on a defunct plant in Zaporizhia.

One of the missiles exploded in the air. Infrastructure facilities of the enterprise were damaged and destroyed. As a result of the attack, the company’s electrician Oleksiy, born in 1975, was killed.
