Ghost of Kyiv Destroyed Key Invaders’ Crossing in Vasylivka, Zaporizhzhia Region

Tactical aviation pilots of the 40th Brigade “Ghost of Kyiv” destroyed a road bridge in the temporarily occupied Vasylivka in the Zaporizhzhia region with an air strike.

Sources in military circles informed Militarnyi about the strike.

As a result of the attack by a Ukrainian aircraft, the road bridge on the E105 international highway across the Karachekrak River in Vasylivka was destroyed. According to Militarnyi, the mission to destroy the crossing was carried out by pilots of the 40th Tactical Aviation Brigade “Ghost of Kyiv.”

The video shows the moment of the bridge’s destruction, which the Russians had rebuilt after its previous destruction in July 2025.

This bridge was the only transport link with a high-quality asphalt road, providing logistics for the Russian group conducting offensive operations on Stepnogorsk and Primorske.

Recently, Ukrainian aviation destroyed a building with Russian FPV drone operators in the northern direction with a strike of high-precision aerial bombs.

A MiG-29 fighter jet equipped with a pair of high-precision French AASM Hammer aerial bombs was used for the strike. A Ukrainian reconnaissance drone detected the building where the Russian drone operators were located.

After that, Ukrainian defenders called in aviation to destroy the enemy position, as Russian FPV drone operators are one of the priority targets on the front line.
