Frontline Robotics and Dropla to Jointly Develop AI

Ukrainian defense company Frontline Robotics and the Danish-Ukrainian company Dropla have agreed to collaborate on the joint development of AI solutions to detect threats in real time.

As part of the partnership, Frontline Robotics’ Burya robotic turret will be integrated into Dropla’s Logist ground-based robotic system.

The memorandum of understanding was signed during Eurosatory 2026, Europe’s largest defense technology exhibition, in Paris.

The collaboration between Frontline Robotics and Dropla will combine Ukrainian engineering expertise with Danish industrial capabilities to develop a new generation of robotic defense solutions.

“The future of robotic systems lies not in individual products, but in integrated ecosystems. By combining our expertise, we are creating modular robotic capabilities that can support logistics, fire support, and semi-autonomous missions. Such partnerships allow us to develop comprehensive solutions that meet the needs of the front lines more quickly,” commented Nikita Rozhkov, CBDO of Frontline Robotics.

Frontline Robotics has extensive experience integrating combat modules onto UGVs. In particular, the company’s turrets have already been integrated into the Termit 2.0, ARDAL, and THeMIS robotic systems.

In addition to integrating existing solutions, the companies have agreed to jointly develop Dropla’s AI solutions for automated real-time threat detection and their integration into Frontline Robotics’ reconnaissance drones.

In particular, Dropla was the first in Ukraine to develop the Blue Eyes hardware-software complex, which enables drones to detect small threats, including “loitering” drones and mines.
