Freedom of Russia Legion Captures Occupiers’ Resupply Point Near Kupiansk

Fighters from the Freedom of Russia Legion, who are fighting on the side of Ukraine, captured a Russian infantry resupply point in the Kupiansk area.

The unit, which is part of the Khartia garrison, reported that the distance to the target was about 7 km deep into enemy-controlled territory.

The Russian position ensured the supply and rotation of forces in the Kupiansk area of the Kharkiv region.

“Command decided to physically destroy the facility with the help of a sabotage and reconnaissance group,” the fighters said.

During the raid, the group secretly entered the enemy’s rear and engaged in combat.

“The enemy personnel were eliminated on the spot, and communication equipment was seized to monitor radio communications and study the enemy’s plans,” the unit said.

The operation was carried out without casualties. During the retreat, the ammunition depot was blown up.

The operation to drive Russian occupiers out of Kupiansk began successfully in 2025. In January of this year, soldiers of the 2nd Corps of the National Guard Khartia established control over the building of the Kupiansk City Council.
