The Dubna Satellite Communications Centre is a large ground-based satellite communications complex in Russia, which is effectively one of the key hubs for providing satellite communication channels.
The complex has been in operation since 1980 and is considered one of the largest facilities of its kind in Russia and Europe.
Such infrastructure can be used not only for civilian purposes but also for state and government communications systems.
On June 22, rockets struck the Voronezh Semiconductor Devices Plant VZPP-S.
