Joint Development and Testing: Brave1 Signs Agreement with Airbus

Airbus Defence and Space has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the Ukrainian defense technology platform Brave1.

The signing of the agreement took place at the Brave1 Advantage event, which Militarnyi’s representatives also attended.

The collaboration involves creating joint working groups to implement technology projects, covering the entire process from initial scientific research to the modernization of existing equipment.

Airbus technologies will be integrated into the Test in Ukraine program to conduct intensive testing under frontline conditions and quickly obtain data for development.

In addition, the European aerospace giant will serve as a key partner for the Defence Tech Valley technology summit in Lviv.

Previously, six Ukrainian companies won the Brave1 grant competition aimed at developing the production of Ukrainian explosives.

The total cost of the projects is UAH 944 million, of which UAH 620 million is provided through state co-financing.
