Ukrainian ground drones have been equipped with artillery ammunition.

This is evidenced by a video released by the soldiers of the 23rd Rifle Infantry Battalion of the 63rd Mechanized Brigade.

The released footage shows a wheeled drone unloading a platform, presumably equipped with a remote initiation function, with an artillery munition attached.

The reconnaissance drone then recorded a Russian infantryman walking toward the ammunition, followed by the initiation of the detonation and a powerful explosion.

In addition to the unusual gift, the video shows the use of anti-tank mines typical for this class of drones.

The use of ground drones to remotely mine enemy routes and positions can cause significant losses to the enemy.

The enemy infantry, which is constantly in control of its own positions, does not expect a mine, let alone an artillery shell, and due to the factor of surprise, suffers losses and loses situational awareness.

Militarnyi previously reported that soldiers of the 23rd Rifle Infantry Battalion, as part of the 63rd Mechanized Brigade, conducted a combined attack using ground drones and unmanned aerial vehicles.

The video shows FPV drone operators attacking infantry and forcing them to take cover in a trench.

After the Russians lost control of the situation, their positions were attacked by kamikaze ground drones.

Simultaneously with ground drones, Russian infantry continued to be attacked by FPV drones.
