Unmanned Systems Forces Commander Robert “Madyar” Brovdy has proposed introducing a target for eliminating Russian personnel for all Ukrainian strike UAV crews.

According to him, if each crew eliminates 10 personnel per month, enemy losses would exceed replenishment, allowing Ukraine to shift the course of the war in its favor.

“The time has come for merciless linear progression — ‘Standard-10’. When each strike crew of the Ukrainian Defense Forces eliminates only 10 invaders per month, the number of enemy losses will double their mobilization and contracting for war,” Madyar wrote.

The commander said the proposal is based on mathematical calculations.

According to Madyar, the average monthly replenishment of Russian forces in December-April was 29,500 personnel.

At the same time, the average monthly rate of elimination of Russian personnel using UAVs is 31,500, with losses verified in the Delta system.

The average monthly rate of enemy manpower destruction per strike crew is 3.14 personnel.

For Unmanned Systems Forces crews, the figure is 15.2, and for crews of the 414th Brigade “Birds of Madyar,” it is 30.6 personnel.

Madyar proposes establishing a standard of 10 confirmed enemy personnel losses per month per UAV crew in the Ukrainian Defense Forces.

If all crews meet the target, UAV losses alone would be twice the enemy’s average monthly replenishment rate, the commander said.

“Going to ‘Standard-10’. You are a bomber crew, FPV, etc. Your month is 15-20 combat days. Your goal is 10 confirmed kills of personnel per month. Your pace is one invader in 2-3 days. Your purpose is the future and your home. Your “10” is their end! Every remote control, every crew, every drone — pure mathematics goes into battle. There will be enough drones for everyone this year,” the USF commander added.

After being appointed commander of the USF, Robert “Madyar” Brovdy was among the first to call for increasing enemy manpower destruction metrics. He previously set a target of 30,000 personnel losses per month.
