Russia announced that all military personnel stationed on the right bank of the Dnipro River in the Kherson region of Ukraine were transferred to the left bank of the river.

The Ministry of Defense of the aggressor country reported about this.

In its statement, the Ministry assures that “there are no losses among personnel and equipment.”

“Not a single unit of military equipment and weapons was left on the right bank. All Russian servicemen have crossed over to the left bank of the Dnipro River,” the invaders emphasize.

However, more and more photos and videos by the Ukrainian defenders proving the opposite are appearing on social media. The photos and videos show destroyed or captured enemy military equipment in the Kherson region.

Russia also claims that their units and military units occupied pre-prepared defensive lines and positions without loss of personnel.

“The loss of personnel, weapons, military equipment and material resources of the Russian army group is avoided,” the statement reads.

But their statements, most likely, have a propaganda purpose, because in recent days, videos and photos of captured Russian invaders in the south have appeared on the web.

Currently, the Ukrainian command does not confirm the complete withdrawal of Russian troops from the right bank of the region and, in particular, the city of Kherson.

Previously, Ukrainian Defense Minister Oleksii Reznikov said that the Russian invaders still have forces in Kherson, around the city and on the west bank of the Dnipro River, despite the recent announcement of a retreat. According to the minister, Russia will need at least one week to withdraw its troops from Kherson.

As previously reported, on November 9, the Russian command announced a retreat from the right bank of the Kherson region and the city of Kherson.

Late yesterday evening, Volodymyr Zelensky, the President of Ukraine, announced that during the counteroffensive actions, the Ukrainian military liberated 41 settlements in the south of Ukraine.
