The Head of the Lithuanian defense ministry did not specify the exact additional equipment in question.

Previously, Valdemaras Rupšys, Lithuanian Chief of Defence, mentioned that, in his opinion, Lithuania cannot transfer PzH-2000 self-propelled guns and NASAMS SAM to Ukraine. He stressed the need to look for other ways to help Ukraine. Lithuania could assist Kyiv with weapons if it itself could quickly purchase new ones.
However, no final decision had been made yet, and the issue of transferring artillery and air defense systems to Ukraine is still being discussed in Lithuania.
Lithuania has been providing Ukraine with assistance in repairing equipment, training the military, and supplies.
Yesterday, information that Lithuania plans to transfer mobile 120mm Panzermörser M113 mortars on the chassis of the M113 tracked armored personnel carrier to the Armed Forces of Ukraine was released.
