Russian military fires mortars, artillery at Sumy and Chernihiv regions

The invaders continue to strike at Ukrainian border regions of Sumy and Chernihiv.

This time they used artillery and mortars.

More than 40 explosions were recorded in the Chernihiv region – 152-mm artillery shelling and 120-mm mortar shelling.

The relevant statement was made by the Operational Command “North”.

The shelling was recorded near Kamianska Sloboda.

No personnel casualties or equipment losses were recorded.

There is no information about the dead and wounded local civilians, or infrastructure damage.

In the Sumy Region, the invaders striked the Myropillia community approximately 20 times.

The Head of the Sumy Regional Military Administration Dmitry Zhyvytsky reported about it.

The Russian military fired mortars.

No casualties or damage reported.

This week the Sumy Region was shelled by invaders’ aircraft and artillery.
