Ukrainian Helicopters, a private airline specializing in providing transportation and logistics services during peacekeeping operations, has transferred a batch of charitable assistance to paratroopers of the 80th Brigade.

This is stated in the message of the Brigade’s press service.

The company transferred 20 DJI Mavic 3 and 10 DJI Mavic 3T (with thermal imaging optics) quadcopters. In addition, the paratroopers received 25 portable electronic warfare systems.

The transferred equipment is already actively working in the Bakhmut sector and saves the lives of our paratroopers.

It is reported that since the beginning of 2024, the Ukrainian Helicopters company transferred UAH 5,183,950,00 worth of assistance to the 80th Brigade.

Combat missions of the 80th Brigade

Militarnyi recently reported that the 45th Artillery Brigade, in cooperation with the 80th Air Assault Brigade, destroyed a rare Russian truck-based RBU-6000 MRL.

The rocket launcher was destroyed in temporarily occupied Bakhmut, Donetsk region, at coordinates 48.577383, 37.993591.

Assistance to the 80th Brigade

On April 17, Militarnyi reported that the Come Back Alive Foundation transferred the first Pulstron reconnaissance and strike system to Ukrainian paratroopers.

The Foundation shared that the 80th Air Assault Brigade received the system. The Pulstron system consists of about 40 items of various types of equipment.

It is intended to help military personnel from unmanned aerial vehicle companies in reconnaissance, fire control, and combat operations.

It is reported that the Pulstron system includes the following drones:

  • MINI SHARK unmanned aerial vehicles: 4 units.
  • DJI Mavic 3 Fly More Combo: 4 units.
  • DJI Matrice 30 T quadcopters: 4 units.
  • R-34 unmanned aerial vehicles with ammunition: 4 units.
  • Kazhan UAVs with ammunition: 8 units.
  • Short-range FPVs, daytime: 100 units.
  • FPVs of increased radius of action, daytime: 100 units.
  • Short-range FPVs, thermal imaging: 200 units.
  • Reusable FPVs with reset system and digital video communication: 10 units.

In February, it was reported that the Come Back Alive Foundation transferred Leleka-100 reconnaissance drones to Ukrainian paratroopers.

New UAVs will help defenders detect enemy targets and adjust artillery fire.

Along with the new drones, the paratroopers received batteries, target load modules, and kits to increase UAV flight time.
